A huge hit for Disney/Pixar when it was released back in 2004; The Incredibles is getting a sequel according Disney. Cars is getting a third film too.
Yes, it has been ten years since The Incredibles first hit the cinemas, which is incredible in itself. Disney CEO Bob Iger told shareholders that Brad Bird is back working on ideas for a sequel to the 2004 hit film based around a family of superheroes.
The original movie cost $92 million to make, but it brought back $631,442,092 at the box office.
The Incredibles is not the only film to be getting a sequel; Cars is set to have a third film too. No details in regards to plot or characters have been released to date. 
Pixar are already working on Finding Dory (Finding Nemo sequel), The Good Dinosaur and Inside Out. The one we really want though is Toy Story 4, let’s hope they announce that soon. Woody and Buzz’ story is complete though, we want new toys!
