Tom Cruise is looking to reunite with Jack Nicholson for a comedy film called El Presidente according to reports circulating the internet.
The Hollywood Reporter has stated that Tom Cruise is trying to coax Jack Nicholson to join him on El Presidente – a film that will see Cruise as a secret service agent and (hopefully) Nicholson as a former commander-in-chief who is an alcoholic and womaniser. Cruise’s character is assigned to protect the former president after a threat is made on his life.
The film has been in development since 2010 with Cruise and Doug Liman working to get the project on its feet.
It has incredibly been 22 years since Cruise and Nicholson faced off in the military courtroom drama A Few Good Men. 
Nicholson hasn’t acted since 2010’s How Do You Know? While Tom Cruise has been as busy as usual. He starred in the sci-fi hit Oblivion this year, while next year sees the release of Edge of Tomorrow.
