Rawson Marshall Thurber, director of hit comedies Dodgeball and We’re the Millers, will return with another comedy, this time based around the world of spies with Central Intelligence.
The Hollywood Reporter has stated that Thurber and We’re the Millers star Ed Helms will reunite for Central Intelligence. The film is supposedly about an accountant who is thrown into the world of international espionage after connecting with an old friend via Facebook.
We’re the Millers was released earlier this year to mixed reviews, but it did garner a fantastic $269 million at the box office, making it a financial success. Thurber’s earlier film Dodgeball has a huge fan following and is regarded as one of the funniest films in recent years, thanks to the comedic performances of Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn.
More on Central Intelligence when we have it.
