Jean-Claude Van Damme wants to return for The Expendables 4, and his idea for his comeback is brilliantly bizarre.

There is no question; Jean Claude Van Damme was easily the best thing about The Expendables 2. His character Jean Vilain was the fun and his acting was better than all the other action stars too. Yet, at the end of the film, Sylvester Stallone’s Barney Ross chopped Vilain’s head off. 
Personally, I was disappointed with how they ended the film and it looked certain that Van Damme couldn’t return – seeing as he has no head.
Yet, an idea has sprung up that Van Damme likes himself. Just like he has done in such films as Double Impact, Replicant and Maximum Risk – Jean Vilain was a twin.
“I had a great time shooting The Expendables 2 with Mr Stallone and other big action stars. Mr Stallone is an inventive man. He may even create a stronger character than Claude Vilain, the twin brother of Jean Vilain. Some fans ask me if the next Vilain – if there is a next – is going to be a good guy or a bad guy. I would leave it to Mr Stallone to decide, as I trust his way of imagination.” Van Damme said.
We love the idea and we think Stallone and co should jump at the chance of having Van Damme back.
The Expendables 3 is set for release on August 15th. Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Kelsey Grammar and Ronda Rousey all join the cast for the first time.
