There were four actors in the running to play Doctor Doom in the new Fantastic Four movie, and it seems Toby Kebbell has come out on top.
According to Variety, Toby Kebbell is now into negotiations with Fox to play Doctor Doom in The Fantastic Four reboot. If the deal goes through, he will join Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Miles Teller and Jamie Bell in the cast.
Kebbell is certainly a talent who is fast becoming a household name. He turned heads with his brilliant performance in Dead Man’s Shoes, and followed that up in such films as Rock N Rolla, The War Horse, Wrath of the Titans and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
He will be seen shortly in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Warcraft, two massive upcoming movies.
The Fantastic Four is set to be released on June 19th 2015, they best get a move on if they want to stick to that date.
