After gaining attention in The Wolf of Wall Street, Margot Robbie is now set to follow it up by playing Jane in David Yates’ Tarzan.
Margot Robbie has all the hallmarks of becoming a superstar. The Australian actress who first found fame on the soap Neighbours, made the transition to movies with Martin Scorsese’s latest The Wolf of Wall Street (review coming today) opposite Leonardo Di Caprio.
Now, according to The Wrap, Robbie has been offered the role of Jane in the live action Tarzan directed by David Yates (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).
Tarzan is already set to star the likes of Alexander Skarsgard, Christoph Waltz and Samuel L Jackson.
Margot Robbie looks like she could definitely have a busy couple of years ahead of her. She is due to star opposite Will Smith in the movie Focus, with Michelle Williams in Suite Francaise, and in the movie Z for Zachariah with Chris Pine.
