Jude Law, who played Dr Watson, has confirmed that Sherlock Holmes 3 is currently being written and meetings have taken place.
During an interview with Digital Spy, British actor Jude Law stated that he, Robert Downey Jnr and director Guy Richie have had a meeting earlier this year to discuss Sherlock Holmes 3. He also said that a script is currently in the process of being written, with Drew Pearce scribbling away. Pearce co-wrote Iron Man 3 with Shane Black.
“We had a meeting earlier this year, the three of us, and I think it’s being written now.
“Warner Bros. have still got to agree to pay for it… I think they want to!”
The first two Sherlock Holmes films were a huge success and a third will, most likely, do big business too.
