Yet another brilliant film star has sadly passed away. Harold Ramis, star of Ghostbusters, has died aged 69 years old.
We have had a lot of Hollywood deaths in recent months, and another has been announced today, as reports have come through of Harold Ramis’ passing. The star of Ghostbusters 1 & 2, Ramis was also a great director and was the man behind the comedy classic Groundhog Day, which starred his friend Bill Murray.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Ramis had “complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis” which resulted in his untimely death.
It was rumoured that Harold was gearing up to star in Ghostbusters 3 alongside Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd.
Our thoughts go out to his family, he will be missed.
