For those who don’t know, Gurren Lagann is the story of Simon and Kamina; two very different characters that journey to the surface after a life underground. Simon is a shy, nervous, but talented driller. Kamina is a loud, brawler with unwavering faith in his ‘soul brother’ Simon. Both soon find out there is a reason why the surface is unlivable; which sparks the duo to battle for humanity!
According to Anime News Network, Anime Limited will release the full series, movies, and OVA collections on DVD/Blu-ray. The series will first hit retailers in Spring 2014. Here is the new trailer from the Anime Limited Youtube:
