Breaking Bad Season 5 Episode 16 “Felina” Review

September 30, 2013 By Edmond Guy Leave a Comment

Here is the Breaking Bad Season 5 Episode 16 “Felina” Review. This is still quite raw. Just finished watching the last episode not ten minutes ago. Spoilers after the break b*tch.

What an episode. Vince Gilligan did enough in the episode to throw me off knowing the ending. I think everyone knew the gang were going to get sent to Belize but some things in the episode made you question how it was all going to end. For example I had my suspicions that Gretchen and Elliot Schwartz were going to get murdered. Because Walt can be unpredictable!

Breaking Bad Season 5 PosterWhere to begin seriously …. Probably shouldn’t even be reviewing until I’ve gathered my thoughts on the episode but what the hell! One of the highlights of the episode for me was seeing Walter finally admit that he did it all for himself. Humans are selfish and Mr.White is a great example of power corrupts. The last episode for me was all about Walt trying to get himself some small redemption.

The entire episode was well executed. The consistent theme was ‘one last time’ for me. It was a goodbye tour.

The Hank moment from the first episode they included was fitting. It really did show how far Walt had gone with his drug empire. It came with great sadness that he has basically ruined his families life and for what …. money. Humans and money eugh.

Not going to do too many spoilers and go over the entire episode. Too soon.

My overall opinion and review score:

Breaking Bad. The best television show ever made.

Why do Americans suffer from the dysfunction
