Walt Disney Pictures have announced the release dates for two of their upcoming live-action film – Alice in Wonderland 2 and The Jungle Book.
It looks like 2015 and 2016 will be busy years for Disney. “015 will see them release The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, Cinderella, Tomorrowland, Inside Out, The Good Dinosaur and of course Star Wars VII. Now we can add The Jungle Book to the list. Jon Favreau is all set to make a new live action version of the classic Rudyard Kipling, which will be hitting screens on October 9th 2015. 
That’s not all though; Alice in Wonderland 2 will be released onto the general public on May 27th 2016. It is expected that Johnny Depp and Mia Wasikowska will return as The Mad Hatter and Alice respectively. James Bobbin, who directed The Muppets, will take over directorial duties from Tim Burton.
