A short film that we have been looking forward to watching was released online last night and we have it here. Watch A Hand to Play, which stars Doug Bradley, here on Screen Critix.
Directed by Mike Clarke, A Hand to Play finds Joe in a spot of bother with his employer Mr Trent. This isn’t a normal working environment though, because Joe is a drug dealer and Mr Trent is his supplier. In order to make an example out of Joe, Trent decides a game of cards should decide his unfaithful employee. 
Mr Trent is played by the excellent Doug Bradley, who made a name for himself as the iconic Pinhead in the Hellraiser films. He is joined by Phil Gwilliam as Joe.
A Hand to Play is full of tense moments and great performances and is certainly worth a watch. Keep an eye out for all involved, we at Screen Critix believe a bright future is ahead for them all.
