Amid a cold January at the Screen Critix offices, anticipation is building as we unveil the deserving recipients of The Screen Critix Awards for January.
Despite the chilly start to 2024, our team has been immersed in reviewing an array of noteworthy features, shorts, documentaries, and web series. The sheer quality of submissions made the process of delivering unbiased reviews and selecting standout favorites a challenging yet rewarding endeavor. After meticulous deliberation, we are delighted to present the winners, who will advance to compete against other monthly victors in the prestigious annual awards.
Diverging from conventional festivals or monthly accolades, we distinguish ourselves by awarding only the truly exceptional, basing our decisions on merit alone. In the spirit of recognizing excellence, if a production emerges as the best in multiple categories, it receives the accolades it rightly deserves. Best Feature Film – “Two Lives in Pittsburgh”
