A sequel to Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa is planned

April 3, 2014 By Carl Burgess Leave a Comment

A sequel to last year’s comedy Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa is on its way, along with a couple of new television series starring Norwich favourite disc jockey.

In an interview with The Guardian, Alpha Papa producer Henry Normal, confirmed that a sequel is being planned as well as some more television shows. alan partridge: alpha papa

“We are planning a sequel [to Alpha Papa], yes, that will be great.

“We are also looking at doing more Mid Morning Matters and another Sky special, a little bit like Coast with Alan Partridge, except I don’t think he goes out of Norfolk. I think it’s things of interest in Norfolk, that’s the general theme.”

Alpha Papa was actually named as one of our top ten films of 2013. Let’s hope that a sequel can live up to the first Alan Partridge film. Aha!
