According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chewbacca is to make a return in the new Star Wars film. The lovable Wookie was played by Peter Mayhew in the first three films and he will return too. Chewbacca isn’t the only classic character returning to the fold, as we have already had confirmation of R2D2. Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo are also said to be back.
Star Wars Episode VII is said to start filming any day now. The plot is being kept a secret, but the hype of the film is huge.
