Kristen Stewart to star in remake of Orwell’s 1984

Kristen Stewart is joining Nicholas Hoult in the remake of George Orwell’s 1984, which is to be called Equals.

George Orwell’s novel 1984 is a classic and it is set to make it to the big screen again, only this time under a different name – Equals. Nathan Parker has wrote the screenplay and Drake Doremus (Spooner and Like Crazy) will direct. kristen stewart

Stewart, who is known for her performances in the Twilight films, is excited and nervous about the project, as she told the Associated Press.

“I can’t believe I agreed to do it. I’m terrified of it.

“Though it’s a movie with a really basic concept, it’s overtly ambitious. It’s a love story of epic, epic, epic proportion. I’m scared.”

More on Equals when we have it.
