More rumours have circulated regarding the first Star Wars spinoff film, with Aaron Paul’s name now being passed around as the man to play a younger Han Solo.
Following the release of the teaser trailer a few weeks ago, Fans cannot wait for the new Star Wars VII movie, even though it is only set for release in a year’s time. With Disney stating that a spinoff movie will be released every year that there isn’t a direct Star Wars sequel being released, more rumours are starting to hit the net.
The latest rumour is that Aaron Paul, who is mostly known for his portrayal of Jesse in the hit TV series Breaking Bad, is in talks to play a young Han Solo in a spin-off film. The rumour came from the website Making Star Wars, who have been correct in their news stories regarding The Force Awakens. The website state they have a source from Pinewood Studios who is working very close to the sequels and spinoff movies.
We already know two directors who will be making the spinoff films – they are Gareth Edwards (Monsters, Godzilla) and Josh Trank (Chronicle). We don’t as yet know what films they will be making exactly, but a Han Solo film and a Boba Fett movie would make Star Wars fans wet themselves.
